Excellent communication is crucial for making professional presentations for
establishing one-on-one rapport, writing detailed reports and communicating via email
& phone conversations.
Will monitor sales activity and actively seeks ways to upsell products and services. They also
utilize a successful client retention strategy and generate referrals from existing clients.
Will be doing cold calling for the leads received from channel partners or online channels.
Will be working with internal teams to get the jobs executed. E.g. capturing the requirements
from the converted seller leads accordingly get the photography and content writing done for
their products and finally launching their products.
Managing the admin panels of seller accounts of different marketplaces. It will involve
activities like uploading quantity/price update sheets on the admin panel. Interacting with
sellers for getting the required inputs and perform certain daily operations.
Fluency in English & Hindi is must. Knowledge of other Indian languages is a plus
