We are looking for an experienced ecommerce manager to join our team in Jaipur, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ecommerce and be able to develop and execute strategies that will increase sales and grow the business. The ecommerce manager will be responsible for all aspects of the ecommerce operation, including product management, marketing, and customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute ecommerce strategies that will increase sales and grow the business
• Manage the product catalog and ensure that products are well-presented and easy to find
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns that will drive traffic to the ecommerce website
• Provide excellent customer service to customers
• Work with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in ecommerce management
• Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and best practices
• Excellent marketing and customer service skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
