Job Description
• Develop and implement ecommerce strategy and plan for improving the overall delivery on the ecommerce team.
• Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and reporting.
• Work with the marketing team or manage digital marketers in order to improve quality and traffic acquisition.
• Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve website performance.
• Manage the overall Operations of the team along with the Logistics Management and Customer Services.
• Plan for e-marketing expenditures well in advance as per the budget provided by the upper management.
• Develop a financial plan that will maximize their resources.
• Oversee the entire e-commerce division, divide up employees on tasks and train them.
• Handle social Media along with Influence Marketing.
• Manage Shopify collections, Price, discounts, APPs integration, order processing, and manage return/refund processes
Key Skills -
• Expert communication skills, both verbal as well as written.
• Creative with a strategic mind set.
• Flexible to changing conditions and possessing high level of integrity.
• Expert knowledge of various business principles such as marketing strategy, financial analysis, and supply chain oversight.
• Expert understanding of different technological components of online commerce.
• Strong Technical knowledge of search engine optimization tactics, data mining, and security issues.
• MS-Excel for analyzing data for decision making.
Experience Required:
• Overall Experience of 3-5 years with an eCommerce background.
• Must be fluent in English and Content Writing.
• Must be expert of doing on international platforms like Amazon.com and Etsy etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
