Must have a minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in the E-commerce operations
Well versed with advanced Microsoft excel, V-look up, H-look up.
Ecommerce Operations Executive-
Processing forward shipments in timely orders
Book returns in Timely manner
Solving Logistic related queries
Must have experience in working on Amazon seller central (Important) & Shopify (Not compulsory) dashboard
Must have experience or ability to learn Order Management Software like : Vinculum, Browntape, Unicommerce etc. Resolve teething issues on daily basis.
Maintaining daily reports to track orders/dispatch/returns.
Complete customer complaints related tasks in timely manner. Like booking reverse shipments, sending replacement products etc
Keeping track of all packaging material stock
Keep track of all products inventory
Maintain performance metrics on all marketplace portals
Added advantage if having knowledge of Listing, Updating & Uploading Product Data / Specifications / Images on Marketplaces Flipkart, Amazon, etc.
Should be able to handle team of 5
Needs to be slightly aggressive in nature
Should be problem solving in nature
