Responsibilities
• Manage operations at the dark store in Koramangala.
• Work closely with D2C/E-Commerce Brands and support them in expansion/growth in Bangalore. Ensure a streamlined Supply Chain across dark stores to drive ~100% success rate in Same-Day Fulfillment & meet SLAs.
• Responsible for managing & motivating teams at office-cum-dark store (inventory controllers, pickers, packers, store captains, delivery fleets).
• Weekly audits, COD reconciliation, and MIS reporting to Management.
Good To Have
• Prior 2-5 years of Operations or Warehousing Experience.
• Strong understanding of E-Commerce/Supply Chain/Warehousing/Logistics tech companies.
