Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Ensuring orders are processed and booked for pick-ups from multiple locations within the given TAT
• Following the last-mile delivery cycle and ensuring timely delivery to customers
• Handling exchanges/returns and RTOs effectively
• Raising the relevant tickets with brand partners and delivery portals according to the set escalation metrics
• Communicating with brands for weekly inventory updates and new styles
• Maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly reports of dispatch, RTV, returns, and costs
• Aligning with the business aggression, timelines, and goals
