Utilize advanced functions and formulas in MS Excel to streamline and automate the reconciliation process.
Maintain accurate records of reconciliations, including supporting documentation and audit trails.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as finance, customer support, and operations, to resolve reconciliation-related inquiries.
Develop and implement controls and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to reconciliation processes, and propose process improvements and efficiencies.
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to e-commerce reconciliation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience working in the e-commerce sector, particularly in reconciling sales and payment data.
Proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced functions, formulas, and data manipulation techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and payment gateways is a plus.
Knowledge of accounting principles and experience with financial reconciliations is advantageous.
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is a bonus.
