Job Title: E-Commerce Specialist
Department: Marketing
Reports To: Director of Marketing
Summary:
The E-Commerce Expert is responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive online sales. This includes managing the company's online store, developing and implementing marketing campaigns, and analyzing data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Responsibilities:
Manage the company's online store, including product listings, pricing, and inventory
Develop and implement marketing campaigns for the online store, including email marketing, social media marketing, and paid advertising
Analyze data to track performance of the online store and identify areas for improvement
Work with other departments, such as product development and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in e-commerce
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
3+ years of experience in e-commerce marketing
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and tools
Experience with data analysis and reporting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
