Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist located in Mumbai. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our online store, including inventory management, order processing, and customer service. The Ecommerce specialist will also be involved in sales activities analyzing customer data, and implementing strategies to drive online sales growth.
Qualifications
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze customer data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide prompt and effective support to customers
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in E-commerce, with a good understanding of online selling platforms and best practices
• Sales skills, with the ability to drive sales and meet targets

• Knowledge of mobile phone brands and their accessories
• Experience with inventory management systems
