Responsibilities:
• Manage clients’ Amazon UK portals, with 2-3 years of platform experience.
• Oversee online activities: Product Listing, Pricing, traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, A/B testing, and reporting.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to boost sales on Amazon.
• Manage and optimize PPC campaigns with in-depth knowledge of PPC.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, products, and monitor competitors.
• Resolve customer complaints, including order issues and product faults.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of in-depth Amazon experience.
• Expertise in creating quality Amazon listings.
• PPC campaign management and profitability.
• Knowledge of A/B testing, conversion management, traffic analysis, and reporting tools.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets; at least 2 years of experience.
• Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and stay self-motivated.
• Good in spoken and written English.
