JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Define, implement and execute strategies across all product lines at kidsup.in
• Responsible for successful execution of traffic planning and campaign promotions on kidsup.in
• Drive new customer acquisition with a strong understanding of brand and business goals
• Execute and manage performance to achieve targeted sales, user sign-ups, app installs etc
• Keep experiment with new opportunities to achieve better ROI
• Perform ongoing site SEO audits, keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
• Develop online merchandising and promotion proposals to achieve better ROI
• Data driven decision making with detailed reports to monitor sales and website performance metrics
• Responsible for executing projects from concept through delivery
• Coordinate with the web developers to make necessary changes in the website if necessary
• Interview and recruit new marketing executives and educate them about the company policies
• Allocate work to the marketing executives and supervise them
REQUIREMENTS:
• Work experience between 3 and 8 years in E-commerce Domain.
• Preferred experience in an e-commerce or digital agency in a management or planning role.
• Strong acumen, analytical and communication skills to prepare and make convincing recommendations.
• Innovative with a high desire to embrace change in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• A positive attitude, eager to learn and a belief in working and winning with teams
