We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced E-Commerce Sr. Executive to lead our company's presence on leading marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other top e-commerce channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving sales and optimizing product listings on these platforms.
Designation:
Ecommerce Sr. Executive
Responsibilities & Duties:
• Develop and execute the marketplace strategy for the company, including setting sales targets and creating a roadmap for growth.
• Manage and optimize the product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and other top e-commerce channels, including product descriptions, pricing, and promotions.
• Analyze market trends and customer behavior to make data-driven decisions to improve sales and visibility on the platform.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective online advertising campaigns on the marketplace platforms.
• Monitor and report on key metrics such as sales, conversion rates, and customer reviews.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for selling on marketplaces, and continuously look for ways to improve the customer experience and drive sales.
• Manage relationships with key partners, including fulfillment companies and customer service providers, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product, marketing, and customer service to ensure a consistent brand presence across all channels.
Skills& Requirements:
• In-depth understanding of Amazon, Flipkart, and other top e-commerce marketplaces.
• Knowledge of analytics and reporting tools such as Amazon's Seller Central.
• Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience as an e-commerce executive or a similar role with a focus on marketplace sales.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Salary:
Upto 3.6 LPA
