eCommerce Techno- Functional Consultant / Product Owner / Business Analyst This role serves as a hands-on trusted advisor to the customer, using strong interpersonal skills, functional and / or technical knowledge, eCommerce product knowledge in one or more platforms (Adobe Commerce (Magento), SAP Commerce (Hybris), Commerce tools, etc), industry experience, consulting experience, and knowledge of the clients business to deliver customer ROI. The functional consultants are champion advocates of driving innovation led consulting during pre / intermediate / post project execution. Able to drive consulting mindset within project teams to position Wipro as strategic business partners They are responsible for developing and driving digital commerce strategies that meet and / or exceed business objectives and provide additional insight about our customers across all digital channels. They act as strong presenter and facilitator, obtaining customer acceptance by understanding and delivering the right strategic vision, and driving conversations necessary to execute business They are proficient at analysing issues and obstacles to determine root cause(s), weighing options, choosing appropriate courses of action, and measuring and revising strategy based on results. Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. This role interacts with both business and technical customer and partner teams to understand requirements, analyse information, and design comprehensive solutions on Commerce. They also show a strong understanding of typical eCommerce business challenges faced by customers and common objectives. The eCommerce Functional Consultant contributes to eCommerce thought leadership and best practices - both internally in their community and externally in the marketplace - and are advocates for change across the organization. Evaluates emerging technologies and provides point of view (POVs) for adoption where appropriate based on business teams priorities and objectives. As a product manager / product owner / business analyst, they should be able to manage product backlog and manage end to end eCommerce requirements. Should be able to manage key business stakeholders and deliver a validated solution. Responsibilities : Participate as a key contributor in client discovery workshops and play an active role in defining the user personas and user journeys. Should be able to provide consulting services in digital strategy, platform assessment, innovation assessments, etc. Lead Commerce platform enablement boot camps for clients & partners Assess client business requirements and work closely with Technical Architects to provide long-term functional solutions based on chosen Commerce platform Drive customer functional requirements and eCommerce best practices adoption Work on a variety of commerce related business use cases not limited to the following - b2b, b2c, b2b2c. Work on detailing out the business to technology mapping in various areas related to commerce including omni-channel commerce, advanced order management, analytics and personalization, loyalty and CRM, integration with backend systems (ERP, WMS, PIM, Supply Chain), etc. Manage product backlog and able to groom user stores in agile environment Author & review functional specification documentation for implementation project teams Help clients consistently meet / exceed their eCommerce goals and metrics Deliver high client satisfaction (CSAT) and generate positive feedback from internal teams and leadership Contribute to eCommerce thought leadership at Wipro Positively impact client renewals (when applicable) Show continued professional growth and development Job Specification (Profile) : Minimum 8- 12 years of work experience in ecommerce domain- B2B / B2C End to end implementation experience of COTS e-commerce software. Familiarity with Magento 2, SAP Commerce (Hybris) or any other platforms will be an added advantage. Knowledge of enterprise IT systems especially ERP, WMS, PIM is good to have but not mandatory Exposure to enterprise mobility systems is a good to have. Exceptionally good at documenting use cases and user stories. Very good command over English and exceptional presentation skills
