Job Summary:
HIM Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced EDI Executive to handle end-to-end electronic documentation and customs filing operations. The candidate must have strong working knowledge of EDI systems, customs compliance, and logistics documentation with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing EDI filing for import and export consignments
• Preparing, reviewing, and submitting customs documentation
• Coordinating with CHA, shipping lines, transporters, and clients
• Ensuring compliance with customs and regulatory requirements
• Monitoring shipment status and resolving documentation issues
• Maintaining accurate EDI records and reports
Required Skills:
• Hands-on experience in EDI filing and customs clearance
• Strong knowledge of logistics documentation procedures
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to manage workload under time-sensitive conditions
Qualification:
• Graduate in any discipline
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in logistics/customs operations
Salary: Negotiable based on experience
