About the role
As the Education and Quality Manager at Warrawee Residential Aged Care Facility, you will lead the delivery of high-quality care through management of education, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Partnering with internal and external stakeholders, you will foster a culture of excellence aligned with the Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements. This role is pivotal in driving staff capability, overseeing clinical governance, and ensuring Warrawee maintains full accreditation and quality performance outcomes.
Other responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Management, direction, implementation, delivery and support for quality, education and accreditation compliance.
Develop, plan and implement the Staff Training & Development calendar for Warrawee staff in relation to accreditation and audit to ensure it reflects best practice and ongoing changes in resident management.
Conduct reviews of the audit tools utilised within Warrawee and ensure that tools reflect accurate analysis of service provision.
Ensure staff education aligns with the Aged Care Quality Standards, and regulatory requirements.
About you
You are a confident leader with strong clinical knowledge and a passion for quality care in aged care settings. You bring experience in staff education, compliance, and continuous improvement, with a hands-on approach to coaching and mentoring teams. Your communication skills and ability to build strong relationships help drive a positive, high-performing culture
The following is also required:
Qualifications in Nursing (Div 1) - Current registration with AHPRA and substantial experience in aged care services management.
Qualification in Quality Assurance /Assessment, Quality Systems and relevant Management Degree, or relevant experience in aged care or Residential Services Delivery.
Experience in conducting training in a group or individual basis.
Experience in a similar position in aged care, health or community services.

About Warrawee Community
Warrawee Community offers a home-like environment for our residents, comprising of six single storey houses surrounded by lush gardens and grounds. The community is made up of 90 beautifully appointed single rooms featuring a bedroom with ensuite. Warrawee provides peace of mind for its residents whatever care level they choose.
