Job Description
As the Education Business Development Manager, your role will focus on fostering new opportunities and expanding our network within the education community. You will collaborate closely with our sales, technical, and delivery teams to devise and implement effective sales strategies and meet the evolving needs of our Education partners.
The role will attract a generous base salary package including uncapped commissions.
Requirements
What you’ll be doing:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
Identify new business opportunities and build strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to identify emerging opportunities.
What you’ll bring:
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the tech industry.
Sales experience in Catholic/Independent/Public Education sectors
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
Knowledge of sales methodologies and CRM tools.
