We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented IT Education Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for guiding students, excellent communication skills, and a basic understanding of IT courses like Python, Java, Web Development, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and working professionals about IT courses and career paths.
Handle walk-in and telephonic inquiries professionally.
Explain course content, duration, outcomes, and fee structure clearly.
Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions.
Maintain proper student records and daily reports.
Coordinate with trainers and students for smooth operations.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of trending IT technologies and job roles.
Confidence to interact with students, parents, and professionals.
Good organizational and follow-up abilities.
Knowledge of MS Office or Google Sheets/Docs.
Preferred Skills (Bonus):
Experience in EdTech or counseling domain.
Understanding of IT training industry trends.
Fluency in Hindi and English.
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience & communication skills)
