Job Title: Education Counselor - Female
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate education counselor. The education counselor will work with students to help them achieve their academic and personal goals. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an educational Institution, and be able to provide guidance and support to students through counseling and mentoring.
Responsibilities:
Provide academic and career counseling to students.
Assist students with course selection and academic planning.
Develop and implement individualized education plans for students with special needs.
Provide support and counseling to students dealing with emotional or personal issues.
Work with teachers and other educational professionals to identify and address student needs.
Facilitate workshops and presentations on academic and personal development.
Qualifications:
Experience working in a school or educational setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
