Position: English Teacher
Responsibilities
• An English Teacher is a well spoken engaged trainer whose class sessions are fun and vibrant covering the prescribed EEC Syllabus provided and content delivered from EEC Course Material provided.
• Teachers are expected to teach class sessions and follow the EEC pedagogy.
• Extensive training to teach in our methods is provided during onboarding and ongoing with the job.
• Teachers should be punctual and regular.
• Curriculum is fixed and well defined. Teachers need to focus on delivery of content. Content & extensive training is provided by Institute.
• Teachers are required to focus only on teaching and academics. Administration and management is looked after by another department.
Qualifications
• Graduation or Post Graduation in any field
• Proficiency in English Grammar is needed.
• Teaching experience or formal teaching experience not mandatory.
• B Ed or MA or BA not mandatory
• Passionate about teaching
• Prior experience in a similar field is preferable however freshers can also apply.
• Excellent oral-writing communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasing personality
• Positive attitude towards students
• Local Candidates are preferred. Candidates living in other cities in Gujarat can apply provided they are ready to travel. Candidates outside Gujarat should apply if they are open for immediate relocation within 15 days of selection.
