Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school principals, administrators, and decision-makers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for schools in the assigned territory.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth research to identify and categorize schools based on their curriculum, size, and reputation.
- Stay updated on trends and developments within the education sector in Delhi.
- Client Outreach:
- Arrange and attend meetings with school authorities to discuss collaboration opportunities.
- Present and promote the company's offerings, ensuring alignment with the needs of the schools.
- Strategy and Planning:
- Develop strategic plans to engage with schools effectively and achieve targets.
- Identify and leverage networking opportunities in the education domain.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with schools, follow-ups, and outcomes.
- Provide timely reports and insights to the management team.
• Key Requirements:
- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- A Master's degree will be an advantage.
- Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in the education sector.
- Prior experience working with schools, educational institutions, or EdTech companies is highly desirable.
- Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of schools in Delhi, their operations, and key decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Personal Attributes:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Willingness to travel across Delhi for client meetings.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
