Our beautiful Nido Early School Maylands is seeking an enthusiastic experienced Educational Leader to join our team!
We are inspired by the Reggio Emilia Approach and are passionate about delivering contemporary educational practices for our children, educators, and families. Role model, coach, mentor and critically reflect with our incredible educators to deliver curriculums and environments that enriches the child’s holistic self.
ABOUT THE SERVICE:
112 place double story service, walking distance to coffee shop
Close to the train station and bus stop for easy commute to work
Caters for children from 6 weeks to five years old across 5 rooms and 2 stunning outdoor play areas as well as a unique atelier.
Strong management team to couch and guide you through your career
Utilise the Story Park platform, enriching our communication with families about their child's development and fostering a sense of active participation.
Opening hours - 6:30am-630pm - Monday-Friday

ABOUT YOU:
Hold a Bachelor or Diploma in Early Education or working towards a Bachelor (Essential)
Have experience in working in either a Lead Educator or a educational leader role within child care
Be willing to support and guide the team
A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
Available to open and close when required
Have knowledge of the Reggio Emilia Approach
Be an excellent communicator
Contribute to exceeding outcomes for children and Educators
