Doncaster East Pre-School is a community-run kindergarten located on Montgomery Street in Doncaster East. We provide a high-quality educational program for children aged 3 to 5 years, fostering a warm and welcoming environment where every child is recognised and valued as an individual. Our program is diverse and well-rounded, supporting each child’s unique needs while encouraging growth and development across all areas. Our learning environment includes a dedicated kindergarten room with a range of engaging play areas, as well as a spacious outdoor setting featuring a kitchen garden, sandpit, riverbed, and mud kitchen. We are seeking an enthusiastic Diploma or Certificate III qualified Educator to join our wonderful team at Doncaster East Pre-School, supporting the delivery of our 3-year-old program. This is a part-time position commencing Monday 27th April, with flexibility around the start date if required. Day of the role are: Monday Tuesday Thursday
You will be a motivated and experienced Educator who is passionate about supporting children’s learning and development. You will work effectively as part of a team, taking a proactive approach to your daily responsibilities and collaborating with teachers and fellow educators to ensure the program meets the needs of children and the expectations of their families. Holding a Diploma or Certificate III (or approved equivalent), you will demonstrate a strong understanding of early childhood education frameworks and quality standards. **Requirements:** • Approved Diploma or Certificate III or equivalent in accordance with the National Law and Regulations • Current Working with Children Check • Emergency First Aid in an Early Childhood setting (including CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis) • Completion of Mandatory Child Protection training
