Grange Road Kindergarten is seeking a passionate, enthusiastic and experienced Diploma Qualifed Educator to join our team leading across the 4Yo KinderPlus group and lunch covers across the 3Yo and 4Yo groups. This is a wonderful opportunity to be involved **high-quality play-based kindergarten program** within a supportive community kindergarten environment. **This position attracts** 18.5 hours per week under the VECTEA 2020 agreement. Hours are: Monday 11am-2pm Wednesday 11am-2pm Thursday 10.30am - 2pm Friday 8am - 5pm We are looking for a Educator who creates a warm, relaxed and inclusive learning environment, where every child is valued as an individual and inspired to learn through play. Key Responsibilities You will demonstrate strong knowledge and practice across: The **National Quality Standard (NQS)** The **Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF)** **Education and Care Services National Regulations** **Child Safe Standards** In this role, you will: Work collaboratively with teachers and educators in delvering a **play-based program** that reflects the interests and strengths of the children. Foster a positive, respectful and collaborative team environment. Maintain clear and effective communication with families. Qualifications and Experience **Approved Diploma qualification** (ACECQA recognised). Certificates will not be considered for this role. Current WWC **registration.** Demonstrated experience delivering high-quality kindergarten programs. Strong communication and organisational skills. Experience in a **kindergarten or community kindergarten setting** will be highly regarded.
