Job Description
We are looking for someone who is very collaborative with the business leaders as an HRBP to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Proficient in handling employee relations, negotiations and conflict resolutions.
- Drive Employment engagement activities, recognition programs and communication strategies.
- Oversee the preparation of offer letters and manage the onboarding and induction process.
- Generate and analyze bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly manpower reports for leaders.
- Lead various HR projects in HR ops space.
- Perform day to day HR operational activities.
