Summary:
As an Electrical Design Engineer at V Square Power Solution Pvt. Ltd., you will be instrumental in the design, manufacturing, installation, automation, and service provision of electrical systems. Your role encompasses utilizing expertise in PLC and HMI programming, SCADA development, VFD and soft starter programming, as well as proficiency in electrical CAD software such as AutoCAD and EPLAN. Responsibilities:
1. Panel Design: Develop detailed designs for various types of electrical panels including Motor Control Centers (MCC), Power Control Centers (PCC), and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) panels, ensuring optimal functionality and compliance with industry standards using AutoCAD and EPLAN.
2. Manufacturing Oversight: Manage the manufacturing process of electrical panels, overseeing design implementation and ensuring adherence to manufacturing standards.
3. Bill of Materials Creation: Generate comprehensive bills of materials (BOMs) for electrical panel manufacturing, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
4. Testing Procedures: Implement rigorous testing protocols to validate the reliability and safety of electrical panels before deployment.
5. Installation Coordination: Collaborate with clients and technicians to oversee the installation of electrical systems, including PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, soft starters, field instrumentation, and switchgears.
6. Automation Implementation: Utilize PLC and HMI programming to automate processes and enhance system efficiency.
7. SCADA Development: Design and develop SCADA systems to monitor and control electrical processes effectively.
8. Service Protocol Development: Establish service protocols to deliver timely maintenance and support services to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for effective collaboration with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Panel Design Expertise: Proficiency in electrical panel design using AutoCAD and EPLAN, including schematic creation and layout design.
- Manufacturing Knowledge: Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control measures within the electrical industry.
- Bill of Materials Management: Experience in creating comprehensive bills of materials for electrical panel manufacturing.
- PLC and HMI Programming: Proficient in programming PLCs and HMIs for automation and control applications.
- SCADA Development: Experience in designing and developing SCADA systems for process monitoring and control.
- VFD and Soft Starter Programming: Competency in programming and installing Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and soft starters.
- Installation Experience: Previous experience overseeing the installation of electrical systems, including PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, soft starters, field instrumentation, and switchgears.
- Understanding of Electrical Drawings: Capable of interpreting and understanding electrical drawings and schematics.
