Job Summary:
We are seeking a fresh Electrical Engineer with strong acumen in Electrical Distribution including circuiting and panel installation for both High Tension (HT) and Low Tension (LT) systems. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of electrical systems, be working knowledge in designing using AutoCAD, analysing, and troubleshooting circuits, and have hands-on experience in the installation and maintenance of electrical circuit across various projects.
Responsibilities:
§ Circuit Design and Analysis:
§ Design and develop electrical circuits for HT and LT systems, ensuring optimal performance, efficiency, and safety.
§ Analyse circuit requirements, voltage ratings, current loads, and component specifications to create effective circuit designs.
§ Panel Installation and Configuration:
§ Plan and oversee the installation, wiring, and configuration of electrical panels for HT and LT systems in accordance with industry standards and project specifications.
§ Collaborate with project teams to ensure proper integration of panels within larger electrical and control systems.
§ Safety and Compliance:
§ Ensure all electrical installations and circuits adhere to safety protocols, codes, and regulations.
§ Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to verify compliance and mitigate potential hazards.
§ Documentation and Reporting:
§ Create detailed documentation, including circuit diagrams, schematics, panel layouts, and installation instructions.
§ Generate progress reports, technical reports, and project documentation as required.
§ Project Management:
§ Assist in project planning and scheduling related to circuiting and panel installation tasks.
§ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of projects within budget and scope.
§ Training and Development:
§ Provide training and guidance to junior engineers, technicians, and other team members to enhance their understanding of circuiting and panel installation best practices.
Qualifications:
§ Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with 75% above mark through academics.
§ A professional engineering license or certification is a plus.
§ Proficiency in using CAD software for circuit and panel design.
§ Project management experience is a plus
