job oppertunity for electrical maintance Location: - Ludhiana and near Jalandhar Qualification: - B tech Electrical and Diploma Electrical: salary: - 45 to 50 k EXP: - 5 TO 10 YR 1. Take Care of all plant machinery with attending breakdowns 2. Implementing the Preventive and Predictive maintenance on plant machinery. 3. Full workhand experience on CNC machines with Fanuc system 4. Full workhand experience on VMC machines with Fanuc system 5. Work hand experience on Induction Hardening machines Make Inductotherm and EFD. 6. Work hand experience on Induction heater. 7. Work hand experience on PLC handling programming and fault diagnosis. 8. Knowledge on Power transformers and other utility equipments (air compressors, DG sets, Cooling tower etc.) +. Breakdown analysis on repeated failures. 10. Ensure to meet maintenance objectives. 11. Maintain spare part stock. 12. Manpower planning and control 13. SAP Maintenance module. 14. Monitoring Breakdown trends MTBF/MTTR etc. 15.
