There is a mix of 85% practical work, the rest classroom based
Develop schemes of work, lesson plans, and assessments that align with Awarding Body requirements and meet the needs of our learners and customers
Create course materials, including handouts and reference materials, to support effective topic delivery
Deliver engaging and challenging training sessions to apprentices and adult learners, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
Foster a motivational learning environment that enables learners to acquire the necessary skills and knowledge
Assess learner progress using various assessment methods and provide timely feedback and progress reports
Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, including OfSTED, LSC, and Awarding Body criteria

THE COMPANY Our client are the leading trade association support organisation, dedicated to providing a range of business services to world leading manufacturing companies. They have a purpose built, state of the art Technology Hub where training is delivered via apprenticeships and commercial led training . They are seeking a dedicated Technical Tutor to join our team THE ROLE Key Responsibilities: The apprenticeship is four years long and each unit taught in four week block sections, followed by 2 week consolidation learning back at company.

The successful applicants will teach familiar content each block, to a group of 12 students from different companies.
