We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Apprentice Electrician with at least two years of commerial construction experience. This position offers the opportunity to learn and develop skills in the electrical field under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Responsibilities
- Assist in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment
- Learn to use power tools, hand tools, and testing instruments such as ohmmeters
- Study and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
- Gain hands-on experience with low voltage and high voltage systems
- Support electricians in various projects
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and components
- Dependable and reliable transportation to our Winter Park Office
- Familiarity with the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and blueprints
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from experienced electricians
- Strong attention to detail and safety practices
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
