Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver high-quality lectures, seminars, and laboratory sessions in electronic engineering subjects, including optical communication, RF, satellite technology, altimetry, gravimetry, and microwave engineering.
• Create and update course materials, including syllabi, lecture notes, and assessment tools.
• Foster a dynamic and interactive learning environment that encourages student engagement and critical thinking.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to students on academic and research projects.
• Stay current with advancements in electronic engineering and incorporate relevant industry trends and emerging technologies into the curriculum.
• Collaborate with colleagues on research projects, publications, and grant applications.
• Participate in academic committees, faculty meetings, and curriculum development initiatives.
• Assess student performance, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to academic evaluations.
• Contribute to the academic growth and reputation of the institution through scholarly activities and professional development.
• Actively engage with students and create opportunities for academic and career advising.
Qualifications:
• Ph.D. in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.
• A strong background in electronic engineering with expertise in optical communication, RF, satellite technology, altimetry, gravimetry, and microwave engineering.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• A passion for teaching and mentoring students.
• Dedication to staying current with developments in electronic engineering.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous teaching experience at the university level.
