Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Electronics Design Engineer with 3–5 years of industry experience to support the end-to-end development of electronic products. The ideal candidate will be strong in hardware design, circuit analysis, and embedded firmware development, and comfortable working across schematic design, PCB layout, simulation, testing, and validation.
This role requires a practical engineer who enjoys building, debugging, and improving real products—not just theory.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop analog and digital electronic circuits for automotive, industrial, and embedded applications
• Perform circuit analysis, simulations, and validation (power, signal integrity, thermal, and protection circuits)
• Create and review schematics and multi-layer PCB layouts
• Support prototype bring-up, debugging, testing, and failure analysis
• Develop and maintain embedded firmware on 8-bit, 16-bit, and 32-bit microcontrollers
• Write clean, efficient code in Embedded C and Python for firmware, testing, and automation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, manufacturing, quality, and suppliers
• Assist in design documentation, BOM creation, and engineering change management
• Support compliance with relevant automotive and industrial standards
Must-Have Skills
• Hardware Design & Simulation
• Analog & digital circuit design
• Power electronics basics (DC-DC, protection, filtering)
• Circuit simulation and analysis
• Schematic & PCB Design
• Hands-on experience with schematic capture and PCB layout
• Multi-layer PCB experience preferred
• Embedded Systems
• Embedded firmware development on 8-bit / 16-bit / 32-bit MCUs
• Strong proficiency in Embedded C
• Experience with Python for testing, scripting, or automation
• Engineering Fundamentals
• Circuit analytics, debugging, and root-cause analysis
• Understanding of interfaces such as UART, SPI, I²C, CAN (preferred)
Good to Have (Nice-to-Have)
• Automotive or industrial electronics experience
• Exposure to EMC/EMI design practices
• Experience with hardware testing tools (oscilloscope, logic analyzer, power analyzer)
• Familiarity with manufacturing and DFM/DFA concepts
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
