The Innovative School of Temple Beth Sholom on Miami Beach is seeking an energetic, dynamic, reflective and intentional elementary level lead educator. We are a Reggio-inspired school, which means that we value a learner-centered approach in our classrooms. The responsibilities of the elementary educator will include developing approaches and methodologies that incorporate State Standards while enabling a child to construct his or her own knowledge within a joyful, academic, engaging environment.

Minimum requirement: Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or an out-of-field degree with teaching experience and State Certification.
