• Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate degree from a fully accredited college or university.
• Certification is not required to teach at True North.
• Candidates align with the classical liberal arts curriculum and philosophy employed at True North Classical Academy.
• Candidates must view education as a vocation and be willing to go above to ensure the moral and academic success of all students.

Competitive Compensation: Starting salary for new teachers, without experience, begins at $52,470. Starting salary for experienced teachers based on experience and expertise. Additional compensation includes:
• Master’s supplement: $3,410
• Doctorate supplement: $7,920
Comprehensive Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance; 401K retirement plan.

Professional Development: Extensive opportunities for professional growth and development with a focus on classical philosophy and pedagogy.
Pathway to Certification: Certification not required however you can obtain your Professional Educator’s Certification through our FLDOE-approved program.
