Job Description
This role is with one of our portfolio companies.
We are looking for either a brand marketing or growth marketing person only from the Developing our marketing strategy and budgets in line with our business goals
• Executing our marketing and growth strategy across PAN India
• Managing our marketing initiatives across all lead generation channels - digital marketing, referrals, SEO, BTL, etc.
• Working with influencers to establish our digital presence on Youtube
• Closely tracking results and RoI of all marketing initiatives and helping optimize CACs
• Work closely with product team to streamline referral marketing
• Be responsible for entire marketing budget for company
• Leading our 6 member content, design & BTL marketing Graduate/post-graduate/ MBA (preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in start-ups or corporates across marketing/ growth roles
• Location - Mumbai
• Experience in a D2C high-growth start-up environment is preferred (consumer-facing start-ups)
• A strategic and tactical thinker who can plan, execute and pivot according to circumstances with a clear objective of achieving organizational growth
