Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and live chat, addressing their needs, concerns, and issues with professionalism.
• Provide accurate and helpful information regarding products, orders, returns, exchanges, and other services offered by Myntra.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to product availability, delivery, and payment processing in a timely manner.
• Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system for future reference and improvement.
• Handle escalated queries with a solution-focused approach, ensuring customers feel valued and heard.
• Collaborate with other teams such as logistics and inventory management to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Stay updated with new product offerings, policies, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding Myntras policies, services, and tools to enhance the customer experience.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficient in using chat software, email platforms, and CRM tools.
• Ability to handle high volumes of customer inquiries with patience and empathy.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on providing quick resolutions.
• A positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to help customers.
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
• Experience:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in email and chat support, or similar customer service roles.
• Prior experience in e-commerce or retail customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with customer service tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Working Hours:
• Full-time, with flexible shifts available, including evening and weekend shifts.
• The role may require working in rotating shifts to cover different time zones.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Strong command of English and Hindi (additional languages such as Tamil, Telugu, etc., are a bonus).
• Proficient in handling multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A strong sense of responsibility and accountability in resolving customer issues.
• Technical proficiency with computers, software applications, and online communication tools.
