We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Executives for Non-Voice Email Chat Process. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to both domestic and international clients via email and chat.
Responsibilities
• Responding to customer queries via email and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Managing and resolving customer complaints
• Providing product and service information to customers
• Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate team member
• Building sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
Requirements
• Excellent written communication skills in English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts, weekends and holidays
Qualifications
• 12th pass or above
• Prior experience in customer service or call center is a plus
