Job Summary:
Our digital marketing agency is seeking an experienced Email Marketing & Automation Expert who can help our clients (Coaches and E-commerce) achieve their marketing goals through strategic email campaigns and automation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating successful email campaigns that drive engagement and conversions, as well as experience with marketing automation platforms such as Active Campaign, Pabbly, Zapier, and Wati.io.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute email marketing strategies and campaigns that align with client goals and objectives
• Write compelling email copy that drives engagement and conversions
• Build and manage email lists, segment audiences, and ensure data cleanliness and accuracy
• Implement and manage automated email campaigns, including drip campaigns, abandoned cart sequences, and welcome series
• Track and analyze email campaign performance, provide insights and recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with other team members and clients to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all marketing channels
• Stay up-to-date with email marketing and automation trends, best practices, and industry standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in email marketing and marketing automation
• Strong writing and communication skills with a proven ability to write effective and engaging copy
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms such as Active Campaign, Pabbly, Zapier, and Wati.io
• Ability to analyze data and derive insights to optimize email campaigns
• Attention to detail, excellent time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
