Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented Email Marketing Specialist to design, build, and execute high-performing email campaigns. You will be responsible for creating engaging email templates, managing automation flows, and optimizing campaign performance using tools like Klaviyo, ConvertKit, and MailChimp. If you have a creative mindset, a keen eye for design, and a basic understanding of audience segmentation, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and create visually appealing and responsive email marketing templates.
• Develop and implement email flows and automation campaigns.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) to design high-quality email visuals.
• Write engaging email copy using AI tools like ChatGPT.
• Segment audiences to ensure targeted and effective email campaigns.
• Analyze performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and optimize campaigns.
Requirements:
• Experience with email marketing tools like Klaviyo, ConvertKit, or MailChimp.
• Basic knowledge of audience segmentation and customer journey mapping.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for email design.
• Ability to write compelling email copy using AI-assisted tools.
• Good understanding of email best practices and deliverability optimization.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
