About the Role We are seeking a data-driven, results-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This role is key to generating leads, nurturing customer relationships, and increasing brand visibility through strategic email campaigns. The ideal candidate is experienced in B2B email marketing, automation tools, and data analytics. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns for B2B audiences. Segment audiences to ensure personalization and relevance. Create compelling email content, subject lines, and CTAs to maximize engagement. Monitor and optimize key performance metrics (open rates, click-throughs, conversions). A/B test email elements and adjust strategy based on data insights. Manage mailing lists and ensure data hygiene and GDPR compliance. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to align messaging and goals. RequirementsMust-Have: 4–5 years of proven experience in email marketing, preferably in B2B environments is required Fluent English communication skills (C1 level minimum) – both written and verbal. Strong knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g. SendGrid, Mailchimp, HubSpot). Experience with campaign performance analysis and reporting. Ability to write engaging, conversion-focused email copy. Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently. Preferred: Experience with SendGrid is a strong plus. Familiarity with CRM systems and integrating email workflows. Knowledge of international markets and GDPR/email compliance practices. Experience working in a remote B2B setup.
