Email Marketing Specialist
Position: Email Marketing Specialist
Location: Orlando, Florida
Job Type: Full-time, Onsite at Corporate office
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversion
Segment email lists based on behavior and demographics to optimize campaign effectiveness
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and visuals for email campaigns
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs
Excellent copywriting skills, and the ability to create engaging, persuasive content
Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices
Test and optimize email templates for mobile responsiveness and user experience
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing and lead nurturing
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or similar role
Solid understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Marketing Cloud, HubSpot) and CRM systems
Previous experience with A/B Testing
Proven ability to create visual assets
Familiar with digital accessibility standards, email best practices, and relevant laws (CAN-SPAM, etc.)
Strong experience with Microsoft Excel & other reporting
Strong organization & project management skills (we use Monday.com)
Strong analytical skills to track and measure campaign performance
Excellent written communication skills
Excellent copywriting skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
· Understanding of lead generation, lead conversion and lead nurturing as a business practice
· This position is onsite at Massey’s Corporate Headquarters in Orlando, FL (Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 PM)
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
