- Make regular content and layout updates on our WordPress website
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics with insights for improvement
- Work with sales and leadership to align campaigns with business goals
Qualifications Required:
- 12 years of experience in email and digital marketing (B2B preferred)
- Proficiency in tools like Odoo CRM, Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, HubSpot, CANVA, etc.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills
- Experience with WordPress CMS updating pages, blogs, and visual elements
- Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing, SEO, and Google Analytics
- Hands-on experience in data mining and lead list building
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Nice to Have:
- Experience in HR services, recruitment, or staffing industry
- Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS for email and website customization
