As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and revenue
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling content, segment audiences effectively, and optimize campaign performance
What you will do
Develop and implement email marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, including lead generation, customer retention, and revenue growth.
Create engaging and personalized email content that resonates with our target audience segments.
Manage the end-to-end email campaign process, from concept to deployment, including scheduling, testing, and optimization.
Segment email lists based on behaviors, demographics, and other criteria to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
Requirements
Proven experience in email marketing, with a strong track record of developing and executing successful campaigns.
Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation tools.
Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive messaging.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decision-making.
Educational Qualification
B.Tech, BCA, B.Com or any relevant degree
