We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Outbound Email Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective email campaigns that drive customer engagement and contribute to the company's growth. You must possess exceptional email writing skills and a strong understanding of email marketing best practices. Responsibilities
• Develop and execute outbound cold email campaigns to generate leads for mid-market and enterprise companies in North America and Europe
• Craft compelling, personalised, and highly targeted email content that engages prospects and drives responses
• Segment and manage email lists to optimise deliverability and campaign performance
• Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations to improve results
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, target audience, and overall campaign strategy
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in email marketing
• Design and implement A/B testing to optimise email campaign performance.
• Manage and maintain our email marketing calendar, ensuring timely and consistent email outbound campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in email marketing, specifically in creating outbound cold email campaigns for SaaS products targeting North America
• Exceptional email copywriting and editing skills
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and deliverability
• Proficient in email marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (e. g. Apollo, Lemlist, Lusha, or similar)
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from campaign data and optimise performance
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of success in driving email marketing initiatives
