Job Description
We are looking for a talented Email Marketing Specialist to assist us with our email marketing
strategies. Candidates should have a strong grasp over email marketing, lead generation, and
database building in B2B industries.
-Roles and Responsibilities
●Identify target audiences and grow our email lists
●Design and implement email marketing strategies
●Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, spelling and overall quality
●B2B database building with growth hack techniques across global markets.
●Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email to minimize
unsubscribes.
●Create email databases for lead generation
●Report on sales revenue generated from email campaigns
●Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
Requirements:
●2-5 years of marketing experience with minimum 1 year focused on email strategy and
execution
●Strong project management skills and ability to work with tight deadlines
●Hands-on experience with Email marketing automation software
●Extensive knowledge of ecosystem cross-selling, lifecycle campaigns, and segmented
communication strategies
●Experience with delivering compelling creative and messages for different customer
segments
●Self-starter with ability to seek out opportunities, create an action plan and see it
through to fruition
●In-depth knowledge of email best practices to increase deliverability, engagement,
and conversions.
