Email Support:
Respond to customer queries and issues promptly and professionally via email.
Resolve technical, billing, product, or service-related inquiries effectively and accurately.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor throughout all customer interactions.
Provide clear and concise instructions or solutions to customers.
Excel Data Management:
Utilize Excel to track customer interactions, organize data, and generate reports.
Analyze customer feedback and data trends using Excel formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
Create and maintain spreadsheets for internal reporting purposes.
Assist with the creation of customized customer reports or summaries.
Communication:
Effectively communicate with customers, team members, and other departments to resolve issues.
Translate complex issues into simple language for customers.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless and effective communication across the company.
Documentation and Reporting:
Accurately document all customer interactions and provide detailed feedback to the relevant teams.
Assist in compiling regular performance reports using Excel data.
Excellent written communication skills with an ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
Strong attention to detail in email communication, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
Excel Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas.
Ability to generate, manipulate, and interpret data from Excel.
