We are currently seeking EMTs in the Atlanta, GA
Are you an EMT seeking flexible and engaging opportunities to supplement your income? Our dedicated team of event medics play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of participants at various events. While most of our clients' events proceed without incidents, our EMTs and paramedics are present as a precautionary measure to provide peace of mind and immediate medical assistance if needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Patient Assessment and Initial Treatment: Quickly assess patients' conditions and provide immediate care to address any injury or illness that arises during events.
• First-Aid Administration: Offer first-aid treatment to patients reporting injuries or illnesses, ensuring prompt and effective care.
• Basic Life Support: Be prepared to administer basic life support measures, including CPR, to stabilize patients in critical situations.
• Emergency Care Escalation: Evaluate patients' conditions to determine if they require escalation to emergency care and make informed decisions for their well-being.
• Coordination with Emergency Services: Communicate and coordinate with emergency services to facilitate patient transfers when necessary.
