Responsibilities
Performs EMG procedures according to facility policy and procedures and assists with throughput of clinic
Completes EMGs for both inpatient and out-patients
Maintains laboratory supplies and environment
Communicates with health care team
Travels to hospital bedside
Supporting clinic throughput commensurate with medical assistant role
Orders, stocks, maintains department supplies
Performs EMG testing in both the in-patient and out-patient setting
Supporting clinic throughput commensurate with medical assistant role
Activities to include but not limited to rooming
patients, sending normal result notes to patients, MRI screening, assisting with bedside procedures being performed by
