About the Role
As an Employee Experience Coordinator, you will play a key role in enhancing the overall employee experience at Honda Australia. This role involves providing professional support and services across various areas, including learning and development, employee engagement, performance management, and operational tasks. Your work will help ensure that our employees feel valued, supported, and engaged.
How you'll make an impact
Support the coordination of learning and development initiatives including delivering in house training sessions and workshops.
Plan and deliver engagement activities and events that foster a positive workplace culture.
Launch and manage the employee engagement surveys.
Coordinate performance appraisals and probation reviews.
Provide general administrative support, including managing employee databases, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate records.
Assist with recruitment activities, onboarding, and other HR-related tasks.
Support the coordination of new employee inductions and exit processes.
Provide general HR support as needed to ensure a positive employee experience
