Job Role – We are looking for an HR- Employee Relations Manager role at Ladder Media. Roles and responsibilities:
Handling payroll disbursement, and performance management system.
Corporate communication within the organization and engaging with stakeholders
Ability to implement employee engagement programs effectively and can handle more than 200 people in community management (freelancers)
Gather, analyze and interpret data and metrics to develop recommendations and strategies to facilitate positive employee relations and engagement
Perform employee onboarding efficiently to make the new hires feel welcomed
Evaluate and improve existing HR policies and welfare programs to introduce new perspectives, trends, and processes
Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues of the employees
Design and drive training sessions to meet employee needs and business objectives
Develop and execute employee reward and recognition programs
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of work experience in HR employee relations
MBA in Human Resource Management (plus) or a graduate from any other related field
Strong knowledge of HR policies & procedures.
Approachable and possess excellent oral and written communication skills
Tech-savvy with knowledge of the latest HR trends and software
