Job Description
We are hiring for HR Specialist/Lead - Employee Relations for the HR Compliance team.
Qualification:
Graduation in Law is a must. MBA in IR is added advantage.
Level – HR Specialist II / Lead HR Specialist
Location
- Bangalore
Experience 1-4 years of relevant experience
Experience in handling absconding, PIP and disciplinary process aligning with business leaders.
Provide guidance to HRBPs and Senior business leaders in managing wide range of employee relation issues. Including Code of conduct breaches, performance lapses, discrimination allegations, workplace harassment allegations. Integrity issues etc.
Conduct workplace investigations into highly sensitive employee relations matters, which involves conducting investigations analysing evidences, drafting investigation findings reports and recommending corrective actions.
Be a subject matter expert in labour statutes and regulations.
Drive insights from ER incident database and assist business leadership in developing and deploying appropriate strategies, policies, procedures, and initiatives to mitigate people risk exposures.
Working together with the legal team to communicate the requirements associated with all applicable HR-related legal/regulatory and compliance programs.
Stay abreast on all employee-related legislative and regulatory changes and/or developments, and ensure changes to rules and regulations are restructured with HR systems, policies, articles, and practices.
Responsible for preparing and delivering compliance-related training and communications to employees.
Carry out employee relations investigations as requested by the business.
Collaborate with other functional areas like Legal / audit unit and other stakeholders in the delivery of compliance programs and training to employees.
Good Microsoft excel skills, and strong communication skills
